Knox Factor Registration

Knox Factor is a talent competition for aspiring vocalists aged 5 – 25 years, who either live, study, work or play within the municipality of Knox.

How to apply

To apply for Knox Factor you are required to:

  • Record your audition video and upload to YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo or any other social media account. 
  • Your audition video must be live, no amplification/microphones, either acapella or accompanied by one acoustic instrument or a backing track with no vocal backing.
  • Make sure your video is public or unlisted
  • Applicants under 18 years will need permission from a parent/guardian
  • Complete this application form with the link to your audition video.

Key dates for 2024

  • Applications close: 11:59 pm Friday 2 August 2024
  • Contestants notified: Friday 16 August
  • Live Heats: 6 pm to 9 pm Tuesday 24 September
  • Semi Finals: 6 pm to 8 pm Tuesday  22 October
  • Grand Final: 5 pm to 8 pm Saturday 14 December.
