Performer EOI for Council events

Knox City Council hosts a range of events, festivals, workshops, tours, exhibitions and programs year-round. Artists and performers can express their interest here to be put on the database.

This is an Expression of Interest only and participation at previous festivals or events does not guarantee future participation. Your Expression of Interest may not be considered if it is incomplete or contains invalid information.

Application process

  • Please complete the form below
  • We'll send you an automatic email reply to let you know we've received it. 
  • Our Festivals and Events team will review your details
  • Your details will be added to our artist database for event programmers to access
  • Submitting this EOI does not guarantee participation at an event. We'll only contact you if we have an event for you.

  • Council does not guarantee performance at any Council events
  • Performers will be selected based on the following criteria:
    • Family festival friendly content
    • Diversity and locality to Knox
    • Previous event history and engagement
  • Any products or merchandise I propose to sell must be approved by the Festivals and Events team
  • I must notify the Festival and Events team if I want to be removed from the performer database.
