Call 1300 668 153 to make a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) payment over the phone:

- home care invoices
- licence renewals

- financial service invoices.
Payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This is an automated service. Please have your customer reference number and credit card details ready.
Customer service counter
You can make payments in person at the Knox Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway in Wantirna South.
Our customer service counter is open between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and is closed on public holidays.
