For emergency situations outside normal working hours, call 9298 8000 and speak to our emergency after hours service.
You will get an acknowledgment within 1 business day. We will respond to general inquiries within 10 business days.

Getting to Knox Civic Centre
Parking at Knox Civic Centre
Council has free but limited 2 hour parking spaces at the front of the Civic Centre near the main entrance. All day parking is only available to permit holders where signs indicate. There are multiple accessible car parks. No public parking in red permit zones for Council vehicles only.

Parking at Westfield Knox shopping centre
Free 3 hour parking is available at the Westfield Knox shopping centre next to the Civic Centre. Westfield members receive 4 hours free parking by downloading their app.
Travel by bus
There is a bus stop directly outside the Civic Centre on Burwood Highway.
A bus interchange is located at Westfield Knox has off Burwood Highway and a short 5-10 minute walk to the Civic Centre.
