- New Design For Stud Park Regional Playground
The Stud Park Regional playground, located on Fulham Road Rowville is a much-loved playground. The new design features all-abilities farmyard-themed play equipment, providing something for all ages and abilities and reflects Rowville's farming heritage.
The detailed concept design was developed using feedback from extensive community consultation gathered from community consultation in October 2021. This included a total of 283 comments between the Knox Have Your Say webpage and social media platforms.
Some of the key features of the new playground include
- a large pioneer-style farm structure with a lot of play value
- a sandpit with water play
- multiple interactive play elements.
- fully fenced with access gates in two locations.
- Additional picnic seating and picnic shelters.
We anticipate that the new playground will be completed mid-2023.
