- Help us tackle graffiti
As part of Community Safety Month, Council are repeating the call for residents to report graffiti as soon as they see it. Reducing the impact of graffiti in our community is a high priority.
Graffiti is illegal. It affects how our community looks and it can make people feel unsafe.
Anyone spotting graffiti in Knox can contact us by:
- using Vandaltrak – a simple, online reporting tool and phone app
- reporting graffiti directly through Council's online services, or
- calling Customer Service on 9298 8000.
We remove graffiti on Knox City Council property within five working days and we always try to remove offensive graffiti within 24 hours.
Community safety month is held in October every year and aims to reduce the risk of violence, emergencies and injuries in the community.
Find out more about how to deal with graffiti on private and non-council assets. For more information call 9298 8000.
