- Delays To Rubbish Collections
Service update Wednesday 19 January 2022:
Our rubbish collection services have returned to normal this week after the interrupted service over the weekend due to Covid-19.
We are hopeful that with the new government Covid-19 rules regarding close contacts now in place, we will avoid any more disruptions to our services. However, if circumstances change we will keep the you advised.
Friday 14 January 2022:
Our waste collection service is currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19.
We will be prioritising the collection of household rubbish ahead of recycling and green waste.
Your bin collections may be delayed by up to 24 hours, with trucks collecting until Saturday 15 January 2022.
if your bin collection has been missed, please leave your bin out until it has been collected.
To assist our team, please only contact us about a missed bin collection if it has been more than 24 hours from your normal collection day.
You can:
- report a missed bin collection online
- call us on 9298 8000
- find out more about bin services in Knox.
We appreciate your patience during this time.
