- Knox Regional Netball Centre Closed For Court Upgrades
The Knox Regional Netball Centre in Ferntree Gully will be closed for two weeks from Tuesday 8 April – Tuesday 22 April.
What's happening
We're upgrading line marking on Courts 3 and 4 to add six new badminton and pickleball courts and refresh the existing netball court lines
Why this matters
The upgrades are aimed at increasing the centre's use by introducing new two new sports, badminton and pickleball, without disrupting the netball community.
With badminton already featured in many school sporting calendars and pickleball gaining popularity, the centre will become a hub for local schools and the wider community.
The expansion will offer new ways for all ages to use the state-of-the-art courts, and promote a more active and engaged community!
