Location

The Park Ridge Reserve pavilion is located at 208 Dandelion Dr, Rowville VIC 3178.

Why this project is happening

The upgrade is needed because:

  • The pavilion is outdated and lacks adequate facilities.
  • More storage and first aid spaces are required.
  • The design needs to support inclusivity and accessibility.

The project will use sustainable building practices.

Impacts

  • The car park will have reduced parking availability throughout 2025 due to construction vehicles.
  • The car park will be closed for a few days during modular installation (early 2025).
  • The existing pavilion will remain operational until refurbishment begins in mid-2025.
  • Disruption to reserve users will be kept to a minimum.
