Showcase your creativity by reimagining waste

Showcase your creativity and help the environment by joining our Art Beyond Waste exhibition.

Victoria is running out of landfill space. Beyond sorting our waste correctly, and placing the right thing in the right bin, we can also reduce what we send to landfill by reusing, recycling, repairing, upcycling, and repurposing items. So why not get creative with it?

The Art Beyond Waste exhibition, running from 4 June to 16 July at Miller’s Homestead in Boronia, invites Knox artists, makers, repairers, crafters, and eco-conscious individuals to turn recycled and repurposed materials into inspiring works of art. It’s a great opportunity to breathe new life into unwanted items, showcase your creativity, and connect with others — all while reducing the amount of waste being sent to landfill.
