- Knox Knocking - Customer Satisfaction Survey
Across March commencing this Saturday 15 March, researchers will be knocking on doors across Knox. We are conducting community satisfaction surveys to understand how we are performing to help us identify ways to improve customer experience.
We want to hear about the experience of residents across a range of services, including Council’s overall performance, customer service, waste management, arts centres and libraries, recreational facilities, and local streets and footpaths.
Feedback gathered will help us to identify ways to improve service delivery to residents.
The surveys will be undertaken by an external agency, Metropolis, who will be door knocking in Knox to talk to residents.
Metropolis Research is an independent market research agency commissioned by Council to undertake these surveys. Authorised staff will be wearing a Metropolis Research lanyard with photo ID and will carry a letter of authorisation from Knox City Council.
A total of 500 interviews will be conducted with a representative sample of Knox residents. The interviews will take approximately 15 minutes and responses are confidential.
If you have any questions, please call Knox Customer Service on 9298 8000.
