All abilities tennis – For people with a disability
An inclusive, group-based tennis class for people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.

Walk in and play walking netball
Walk in and play a program of modified netball where no running or jumping is permitted for adults.

Walking netball night competition
Traditional competition setting for the modified game of walking netball for adults.

Guided cultural walk
Join Chris Hume, a Yorta Yorta/Bunurong man and local Aboriginal leader for a guided walk through Wally Tew Reserve. Chris will share Aboriginal knowledge, perspectives and uses of native plants. The walk will end near the Knox Environmental Society nursery where you're welcome to browse plants for your own garden. Additional places are reserved for First Nations community members.

Disc golf
Disc Golf involves throwing the disc (like a frisbee) towards a metal basket. At this come-and-try session for ages 6+ years, you will be shown how to hold, throw and 'putt' before trying out the Disc Golf course.

Karate
Traditional Okinawan Karate
Learn self-defense. Become the better version of yourself, whilst building confidence, strength, and mindfulness. Suitable for kids, youth and adults.

Line dancing taster workshop for beginners
Join us for a fun and lively line dancing workshop aimed towards beginner adults and seniors alike.

Movement class, unique dance fitness for adults. Free your body, quiet your mind, and ignite your soul. No dance skills needed.

Additional information
What to wear: Whatever you feel comfortable in, but we recommend loose-fitting clothes or gym gear and bringing a drink bottle.
For beginners: Beginners are welcome! However, it’s advisable to consult your GP before starting a new exercise program.
Venue accessibility
Please note that not all venues are wheelchair and pram accessible due to limited paved paths in some reserves.
