Mascot's karate
In Mascot’s classes, primary school-aged children are taught the basics of karate in a fun and enjoyable environment. Classes focus on developing skills, fitness, and strength with plenty of opportunities for games to support developing karate skills.

Family classes offer the opportunity for the whole family (aged 6+ years) to learn karate together in a safe and supportive environment.

Girlsk8 skateboarding
Fundamentals of skateboarding with other females aged 6+ years. Beginners lesson for first-time rollers and those who need someone to hold their hand. Bring your own safety equipment where possible (including skateboard, helmet and knee, wrist, and elbow guards). Spare equipment may available, if needed.
Hosted at Knox Skate and BMX Park, Gilbert Park, 1600 Ferntree Gully Road, Knoxfield.

What to wear: Whatever you feel comfortable in, but we recommend loose-fitting clothes or gym gear and bringing a drink bottle.
For beginners: Beginners are welcome! However, it’s advisable to consult your GP before starting a new exercise program.

Please note that not all venues are wheelchair and pram accessible due to limited paved paths in some reserves.
