Mascot's karate
In Mascot’s classes, primary school-aged children are taught the basics of karate in a fun and enjoyable environment. Classes focus on developing skills, fitness, and strength with plenty of opportunities for games to support developing karate skills.
Hosted at Golden Cobra Martial Arts, 85 Station Street, Ferntree Gully.

Family karate class
Family classes offer the opportunity for the whole family (aged 6+ years) to learn karate together in a safe and supportive environment.

Beginners skateboarding lesson
Fundamentals of skateboarding for kids aged 6+ years. Beginners lesson for first-time rollers and those who need someone to hold their hand. Bring your own safety equipment where possible (including skateboard, helmet and knee, wrist, and elbow guards). Spare equipment may available, if needed.
Hosted at Knox Skate and BMX Park, Gilbert Park, 1600 Ferntree Gully Road, Knoxfield.

Girlsk8 skateboarding
Fundamentals of skateboarding with other females aged 6+ years. Beginners lesson for first-time rollers and those who need someone to hold their hand. Preschool music, movement and magical fun
Get involved in this creative development workshop with Mrs. Bee, designed to encourage children’s self-esteem & confidence with magic-themed dance, props & songs! Suitable for toddlers and kids aged 1-5 years.

Triathlon training
Introduction to triathlon - swim training
Building on swim skills to participate in open water and triathlon events. Suitable for everyone aged 13+ years.

Additional information
What to wear: Whatever you feel comfortable in, but we recommend loose-fitting clothes or gym gear and bringing a drink bottle.
For beginners: Beginners are welcome! However, it’s advisable to consult your GP before starting a new exercise program.
Venue accessibility
Please note that not all venues are wheelchair and pram accessible due to limited paved paths in some reserves.
