A variety of group fitness sessions including Fit and Fab, Body Pump, walking, BhangraFit, BollyFit, walking netball, karate, mat pilates and tennis.

Group fitness sessions

Whether you’re just kicking off your exercise plan or maintaining an already high level of fitness, these sessions are sure to motivate you to find your perfect exercise option. 

Fit and Fab

Combines fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body. The class is based on principles of dance, aerobics, and fitness.

Body Pump

A Les Mills class designed to burn calories and build muscle. Completed to upbeat backing tracks and involves the use of barbells, weights, and steps.

Morning walking group for the community to get started and active for their day.

Walk in and play walking netball

Walk in and play a program of modified netball where no running or jumping is permitted for adults.

Traditional competition setting for the modified game of walking netball for adults.

An exhilarating, high-energy fitness class that combines traditional Bhangra dance with full-body workouts. Originating from the vibrant culture of Punjab, India, Bhangra is a joyful and powerful folk dance known for its energetic beats and lively movements.

Build your fitness and tennis skills led by a coach and incorporating fitness drills, tennis activities and games. A fun social class with music. No tennis experience required.

Social tennis for all ages and standards are welcome to join. Perfect for those trying tennis for the first time. This is a relaxed way to keep moving and enjoy a hit with friends.

What to wear: Whatever you feel comfortable in, but we recommend wearing loose fitting clothes or gym gear and bring a drink bottle.

For beginners: Beginners are welcome! However, it's advisable to consult your GP before starting a new exercise program.

Venue accessibility

Please note that not all venues are wheelchair and pram accessible due to limited paved paths in some reserves.
