- Register Now For Kindergarten In 2025
Registrations for 3 and 4-year-old kindergarten places in 2025 are now open.

If your preference is to attend a kindergarten not listed above you will need to contact them directly.
Proposed groups and session times for 2025 are available on our website. Groups and session times may need to change based on the registrations we receive.
Alice Johnson, Berrabri, Goodwin Estate, Park Ridge, Rowville, Taylors Lane, Templeton Orchards and West Gully kindergartens did not operate in 2024 due to declining enrolments and are expected not to operate again in 2025, subject to registrations.
All kindergarten providers have to meet national quality standards and regulations. Every service is assessed and rated against seven areas of quality. These ratings are published publicly.
Kindergarten is free at participating services. Participating kindergarten programs receive funding directly from the Victorian Government, so families are not out of pocket (and don’t have to claim the savings back). If your child attends kindergarten at child care please talk to your centre for information about fees.

Changes to kindergarten
You may have heard there will be changes to kindergarten in Knox. Council will still manage registrations and allocation and sessional kindergarten will still be provided at all of our facilities.
New providers are in the process of being appointed to deliver kindergarten programs in our facilities. This is on schedule to be finalised by August 2024 in time for kindergarten in 2025.
