Committee objectives
The Committee works with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to:
- review how well pre-set benchmarks have been met
- review progress towards meeting pre-set benchmarks
- create goals for the year.
Councillor members
The Committee is made up of the Mayor and Councillors.
Current Committee Councillors
Councillors will be appointed to this committee following the meeting to elect the Mayor and Deputy Mayor.
Meetings
The CEO's performance is reviewed every three months and once a year.
The Committee works within its Terms of Reference.
