About the Amendment
Amendment C165knox:
- rezones the site from Public Use Zone - Education to General Residential Zone – Schedule 1
- inserts a new Schedule 15 to the Development Plan Overlay (DPO15) into the Knox Planning Scheme and applies the DPO15 to the site.
The Amendment was approved and gazetted by the Minister of Planning in December 2018.
