About in-home services
In-home services help people to remain living safely and independently at home.
Knox City Council is no longer a provider of the Home and Community Care Program. Mecwacare now provides this program to residents in the City of Knox.
If you are a:
- Knox resident under 65 years of age who was receiving HACC services from Council – call 5941 5454.
- Knox resident under 65 years of age who wishes to request HACC for the first time – call 8573 4999.
If you are a young person with a disability, you may be eligible for support under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Find more information about living with disability in Knox.
