At our centres, experienced and qualified educators provide a quality education and care program in a welcoming and friendly environment.
Both centres are open 49 weeks of the year, closing for 1 day during the year for professional development and approximately two weeks between the end of December and early January.
Learning philosophy
Our centres are places where all children belong.
Our learning programs help children be creative and confident thinkers, build confidence, self-reliance and resourcefulness, and develop problem solving skills.
Our children, families and staff are culturally and linguistically diverse and we work with our families to ensure the cultures of children and their families are recognised within our programs. Our education program includes acknowledging Country and teaching children about First Nations culture, people and history.
We care for each other and the world around us. Our educational programs enhance children’s knowledge of the natural environment and how to reduce our environmental footprint.
Register and enrolment
Register your child for long day care online by following the link below. You will need to enter your child’s details and your preferred days.
Once you have registered, we will contact you when a place becomes available.
Fees
The cost to attend long day care is $165.35 per day, per child. Fees are less if families are eligible for child care subsidy. Applicable bond payment is due at the time of accepting a place.
For more information, download the fees and charges schedule [PDF, 193 KB].
This fee is current from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. Our fees are reviewed every financial year.
Kindergarten in our Long Day Care program
We run a kindergarten program for 3 and 4 year-olds who attend long day care at our Centres. Our kindergarten program is delivered by qualified early childhood teachers for 5 hours a day during day care hours.
From 2024, both 3 and 4 year-old children will receive 15 hours per week of funded kindergarten. To ensure that your child receives 15 hours per week, they must attend 3 days a week.
If your child attends a funded kindergarten program at long day care, a $2,050 Free Kinder subsidy is paid directly to the program provider. This subsidy offsets your out-of-pocket fees for a 15 hour funded program.
The amount of any out-of-pocket fees you will need to pay will depend on the level of Commonwealth Childcare Subsidy you are entitled to.
No Jab, No Play
All children enrolled in our long day care program must be up to date with their immunisations or have an approved exemption.
‘No Jab No Play’ is the Victorian Government legislation requiring all children to be fully immunised before enrolling in any childcare or kindergarten in Victoria.
