Transport services

Knox City Council – Community Transport

The Community Transport Bus Service provides transport support for Knox residents who are:

  • over 65 years old
  • mobility impaired
  • transport disadvantaged
  • socially isolated

Eligible independent residents can be picked up from home and transported to Westfield Knox shopping centre for 2-2.5 hours, then returned home.

  • a return trip costs $7.50
  • the program runs Mondays to Thursdays
  • pick up times are 9:30am or 10:30am depending on location and availability

Community Transport also run day outings for independent over 65 Knox residents.
