About the Structure Plan
The Plan includes improvements to:
- land use mix
- built form
- economic sustainability
- accessibility
- public open space
- the wellbeing of the Boronia Community.
The Plan was adopted by Council in October 2006 and updated in March 2012.
Council has since adopted the draft Boronia Renewal Strategy 2019, which will supersede the Plan once finalised through Amendment C192knox.
