About the report
A Stormwater (Drainage) Information Report provides information about pipes within easements on, or next to, a property where stormwater connects into the Council stormwater network.
This point of connection to the Council system is known as the Approved Point of Discharge (APD).
Fee
A standard fee of $231.40 (GST exempt) is payable for the report. This is a statutory fee set by the Victorian Government.
You can also access the stormwater information free of charge through the Dial Before You Dig service.

You can request a Stormwater (Drainage) Information Report online.
You need to register to use the service.
Payment via credit card is required when submitting your application.

Processing your request
Your request will be allocated to Council's Stormwater team to review and process the report.
We aim to respond to all requests for reports within five working days.
